Timing depends on eligible expert availability, your subject and the request. After an expert accepts, follow the session instructions to join. A request does not guarantee a match or a response time.
Verified teachers, tutors and mentors. Everyone passes identity and credentials checks before they can take a session, and you see their rating and sessions taught the moment one accepts.
One price per session, set by you, never a per-minute meter. It's held in Gyanis Credits the moment you raise your hand, and only released to the expert after the session actually happens. If no one accepts, every credit comes straight back. A 25-minute session typically costs around AED 10 (incl. 5% VAT).
Cancel before an expert accepts and it's free. Even after they accept, you have a 5-minute grace window for a full refund as long as the session hasn't started, and the expert isn't charged for a session that never happened.
