You can cancel a request before the expert accepts at no charge. Once a session starts, you're billed for the minutes you spend. You can end a call at any time — billing stops the moment you leave the room.

Yes — if the expert no-shows or the session has a quality issue (like a connection failure on the expert's side), the held amount is released back to your wallet automatically. For other refund requests, contact support and we'll investigate within 48 hours.
