Follow the session instructions, check your camera and microphone, and bring the problem you want to understand. Ask follow-ups during the conversation.

How does online tutoring on Vibe work?

How much does a Vibe expert session cost?

Will I get an expert immediately?
Not necessarily. Matching depends on an eligible expert being available and accepting your request. Vibe does not guarantee a match or response time. If nobody accepts, held session credits are returned.
Can I cancel a request?
You can cancel before an expert accepts without a session charge. After acceptance, a five-minute grace window allows a full refund if the session has not started. Review the available cancellation options and outcome in the app.
Is Lingo a live tutoring session?
No. Lingo is a separate speaking-practice experience with phrases, goals and pronunciation feedback. Ask an Expert is the product for live sessions with human experts. Check Lingo’s current catalogue and any charge before starting.
Can I use free Flow tokens on Vibe?
No. Flow’s free token allowance applies to supported Flow tools. Vibe expert sessions and Lingo have their own Gyanis Credits pricing.
