Frequently Asked Questions
Vibe is Gyanis' live learning platform, a place to learn with real people. It has two live products: Ask an Expert, where you raise your hand and a verified human expert helps you in a private 1:1 session, and Lingo, where you practise speaking a new language out loud.
Say what you're stuck on and raise your hand. Your request goes out live to the top matching verified experts, and the first one to accept starts a private 1:1 video session, usually within minutes. There's no searching through profiles and no booking forms.
You set one price per session. It is not metered per minute. That amount is held in Gyanis Credits the moment you raise your hand, and only released to the expert after the session actually happens. If no expert accepts, every credit comes straight back.
Cancel before an expert accepts and it's completely free. Even after one accepts, you have a 5-minute grace window for a full refund as long as the session hasn't started, and the expert isn't charged for a session that never happened.
Verified teachers, tutors, mentors and subject experts. Real people, not AI. Everyone passes identity and credentials checks before they can take a session, and you see their rating and how many sessions they've taught the moment one accepts.
Lingo is speak-first language learning. You hear a real phrase tied to a goal you care about, say it back out loud, and get instant feedback on exactly where your pronunciation drifted. Languages include Hindi, Tamil, French, Arabic, Mandarin and Spanish, with more on the way.
Gyanis Credits are the wallet Vibe runs on. You top up once, and credits are held safely in escrow when you raise your hand rather than being spent immediately, so nothing leaves your balance for a session that doesn't happen.
Sessions are private 1:1 video and are not recorded without both sides' consent. Every expert passes identity and credentials verification before teaching, and learners under 18 are covered by a one-time parent consent.
Yes. Once you're verified you can go online whenever you're free and accept requests from students who raised their hand for your subject. No shifts, no minimum hours, and you keep about 95% of each completed session.
Vibe operates in India, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and Kenya, and sessions run online so you can learn from anywhere.
