Overview
Gyanis Vibe (“Vibe”) connects students with verified human experts for live 1:1 sessions, and offers speak-first language practice through Lingo. Vibe is operated by Gyanis Learning Technologies, headquartered in Dubai, with operations in Chennai, India.By using Vibe, you agree to these Terms of Use and theGyanis Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and Accounts
- Users must provide accurate details when creating an account.
- If under 18, you must have parent or school consent.
- You are responsible for device access and permissions (microphone, camera, and audio settings)
Purpose and Function
Vibe supports learning through live sessions and spoken practice. Features available today:
- Ask an Expert: a live 1:1 video session with a verified expert who accepts your request.
- Lingo: speak-first language practice with pronunciation feedback (records your voice when you choose to speak).
- Voice tutoring, audio lessons and Pods: planned for 2026 and not available yet.
Vibe complements, not replaces, classroom learning
Audio, Video and Privacy
- Voice data is processed to generate responses and feedback
- Live 1:1 sessions are private video and are not recorded without the consent of both sides.
- Audio and video recordings and transcripts are deleted or anonymised after use.
- Gyanis does not use voice or video data for advertising or biometric identification.
- Microphone and camera access each require explicit permission, which you can revoke anytime.

Payments and GC
- Ask an Expert is priced per session, not per minute. You set the price when you raise your hand, and that amount is held in Gyanis Credits (GC) until the session completes.
- If no expert accepts, the credits are returned to your wallet in full.
- GC are digital credits, not currency.
- Refunds follow the purchase policy.
Appropriate Use
You agree not to:
- Record, screenshot or distribute another user’s voice, image or video without their consent
- Misuse audio or video tools for harassment, impersonation, or cheating.
- Upload unlawful or inappropriate audio, video or written content.
Gyanis may suspend accounts for misuse or violations.
AI and Accuracy
- Lingo’s pronunciation analysis and feedback are automated. Results are for educational awareness only and should not be treated as medical, psychological, or diagnostic indicators. Live 1:1 sessions are taught by human experts, not by AI.
- AI features (e.g., scheduling assistance or note summarization) may support session management but do not replace professional judgment. All content is informational, not diagnostic or prescriptive.
Technical Requirements
- Requires a device with a microphone (and a camera for live 1:1 video sessions) and a stable internet connection.
- Data or network charges may apply based on your carrier plan.
Intellectual Property
- All software, UI, and audio and video modules belong to Gyanis.
- You may not copy or modify the system or its recordings without permission.
Disclaimer and Liability
- Vibe is provided “as is.”
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Gyanis is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Governing Law
For users in India: governed by Indian law, courts of Chennai.
