Overview

Gyanis Vibe (“Vibe”) offers voice-first study experiences, including focus check-ins, audio lessons, and tutor-style concept talks. Vibe is operated by Gyanis Learning Technologies, headquartered in Dubai, with operations in Chennai, India.

By using Vibe, you agree to these Terms of Use and theGyanis Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate details when creating an account.
  • If under 18, you must have parent or school consent.
  • You are responsible for device access and permissions (microphone, audio settings)

Purpose and Function

Vibe supports learning through voice-based interaction.Features include:

  • Buddy: motivational check-ins and focus cues.
  • Tutor: guided concept explanations.
  • Listen & Pods: short, screen-free study lessons.

Vibe complements, not replaces, classroom learning

Audio and Privacy

  • Voice data is processed to generate responses and feedback
  • Audio recordings and transcripts are deleted or anonymised after use.
  • Gyanis does not use voice data for advertising or biometric identification.
  • Microphone access requires explicit permission, which you can revoke anytime.

Payments and GC

  • Vibe may operate on a pay-per-minute model using Gyanis Credits (GC) or subscriptions.
  • GC are digital credits, not currency.
  • Refunds follow the purchase policy.

Appropriate Use

You agree not to:

  • Record or distribute other users’ voices without consent
  • Misuse audio tools for harassment, impersonation, or cheating.
  • Upload unlawful or inappropriate audio content.

Upload unlawful or inappropriate audio content. Gyanis may suspend accounts for misuse or violations.

AI and Accuracy

  • Voice analysis and feedback are automated. Results are for educational awareness only and should not be treated as medical, psychological, or diagnostic indicators.
  • AI features (e.g., scheduling assistance or note summarization) may support session management but do not replace professional judgment. All content is informational, not diagnostic or prescriptive.

Technical Requirements

  • Requires microphone-enabled device and stable internet.
  • Data or network charges may apply based on your carrier plan.

Intellectual Property

  • All software, UI, and audio modules belong to Gyanis.
  • You may not copy or modify the system or its recordings without permission.

Disclaimer and Liability

  • Vibe is provided “as is.”
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Gyanis is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

Governing Law

  • UAE users: governed by UAE law, courts of Dubai.
  • India users: governed by Indian law, courts of Chennai.
