Learn with a real teacher
You have something to say. Make it easier to follow.
Cambridge 0500 and 0510/0511: directed writing, summary technique and speaking practice marked the way examiners mark it.
Subject to teacher availability. Learning targets and suggested durations are not guaranteed results or fixed course packages.
Start with your own work
A focused session
Keep authorship of your work. Use the session to understand how to revise it, rather than asking someone to write the submission for you.
Your learning context
Mention your board, class and chapter. Keep school revision and entrance-exam goals distinct so the teacher knows which kind of question to work through.
Check that the teacher covers your syllabus, language and level before you start.
From question to conversation
Type what you're stuck on or want to learn, in your own words.
Choose the session details and budget. Your request is shared with eligible teachers; a match depends on availability.
When a teacher accepts, follow the session instructions. Work through your question together and agree on a useful next step.
Before you raise your hand
Raise your hand: type what you're stuck on in your own words, set a session length and budget, and a verified teacher who covers IGCSE English (First & Second Language) accepts and starts a live 1:1 video session, subject to teacher availability.
You set one price per session, never a per-minute meter. The amount is held in Gyanis Credits when you raise your hand and only released to the teacher after the session happens. If no one accepts, every credit comes straight back.
Verified teachers only. Everyone passes identity and credentials checks before they can take a session, and when one accepts you see their rating and session history before you start.
Your own draft and the original task. Any feedback or marking criteria you were given. The paragraph or argument you most want to improve.
No. Scores, bands and timeframes in a learning goal are targets. Progress depends on your starting point, practice and the sessions you arrange; a topic listing does not guarantee an exam result, a fixed course or teacher availability.
